El cursus honorum de Eduardo Williams da cuenta de una vasta vinculación tanto con el mundo académico como también con la actividad partidaria.

El Odontólogo Williams ha tenido un extenso recorrido en la Universidad Nacional de Rosario tanto como docente universitario de grado y de posgrado, como también en la gestión universitaria, donde ocupó distintas responsabilidades tanto en la Facultad de Odontología como en la U.N.R..

La organización de viajes de alumnos y docentes a distintas regiones de nuestro país promoviendo la salud bucal preventiva dan cuenta de su marcado compromiso social.

De profundas convicciones vinculadas al ideario radical ocupó también distintas responsabilidades partidarias, tanto en representación de su seccional partidaria, la 12 Alberdi, como también llegando a ocupar la Presidencia del Comité Departamental de la Unión Cívica Radical de Rosario durante el periodo 2008/2009.

Williams contaba con las características que tienen los hombres sabios, las que conjugadas con su trayectoria docente y de gestión le permitieron navegar sin inconvenientes las turbulentas aguas partidarias de ese tiempo.

La noticia de su partida amerita estas palabras escritas a título de homenaje y también de reconocimiento a un portador de calidez humana y de sensibilidad social que supo transitar dignamente la senda del centenario partido fundado por Alem e Yrigoyen. Hasta siempre Teddy Williams
